Dosage and Application Methods: Foliar Spray: Dosage: Mix 5-10 grams of Magnesium Nitrate per liter of water. Application Frequency: Apply every 15-20 days during the growth stage. Method: Spray uniformly on both sides of the leaves, ensuring full coverage during early morning or late afternoon to avoid direct sunlight. Fertigation (Drip Irrigation): Dosage: Apply 10-20 kg per hectare per application. Application Frequency: Apply every 30 days, especially during peak vegetative growth and fruit-setting periods. Method: Dissolve in irrigation water and apply through the drip irrigation system for efficient uptake. Time of Application: Pre-flowering Stage: Apply during the early vegetative stage to ensure healthy plant growth. During Pod Development: Another critical time is when the cardamom pods are setting and developing, ensuring higher yields and better pod quality. During Stress Periods: Apply during drought or when plants show signs of magnesium deficiency (yellowing between the leaf veins).
