    What is a Jar Test?
A jar test is a small trial where you mix the planned combination of products in a glass or plastic jar filled with water.

This helps you see if the products mix well or form clumps, layers, or sludge.

    Why is it important?

    • Avoids spray tank clogging

    • Prevents crop damage

    • Saves time, effort, and cost

    • Confirms product compatibility

How to Perform a Jar Test (Step-by-Step)

    1. Take a clean, transparent jar (1-liter size).

    2. Fill it halfway with the same water you will use for spraying.

    3. Add the products one by one in the correct tank mixing order (W.A.L.E.S.T.)

    4. Stir or shake gently after each addition.

    5. Let it sit for 15–30 minutes.

    6. Observe for any signs of separation, thickening, clumping, or precipitation.

    What to Look For

Clear, even mixture – Safe to mix in a spray tank

Layering, flakes, or thick paste – Do not mix; products are incompatible
